This policy explains how MegServesBest handles personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, so we can deliver your order. Your order history. If you opt in, your preference to receive marketing.
What we don't collect
Card details or Mobile Money PINs. We arrange payment with you directly and never ask for them.
Orders and questions are sent to us on WhatsApp. Messages you send there are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
Our courier, to deliver your order. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp (024 558 3516).
