How returns and refunds work.
Unopened products
You can return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Opened products
For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened products unless they're faulty or arrived damaged.
Damaged or incorrect items
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp (024 558 3516) with your order number and tell us which items you'd like to return. We'll tell you how to send them back. Refunds are issued within 5 working days of the return reaching us.
